Your proposal funnel at a glance

Available on Starter plans and up.

The four cards at the top of the Proposals page tell you how your quoting is really going.

Pipeline Value

The total dollar value of proposals currently out for decision — everything in Sent or Viewed status, with a count of how many are outstanding. This is work you could win right now; when pipeline runs dry, it's time to quote more.

Acceptance Rate

Of the proposals that reached a client (sent, viewed, accepted, declined, or expired), the percentage that were accepted. Drafts don't count against you.

A falling acceptance rate is a prompt to look at pricing, targeting, or the proposals themselves — a rising one says your pitch is landing.

Avg Days to Accept

How long clients take between receiving a proposal and signing it, on average. Use it to calibrate follow-ups: if your average is 4 days, a proposal sitting at day 10 deserves a call.

Accepted Value

The total dollar value of everything you've won — your proposals' lifetime contribution to the top line.

Reading them together

  • High pipeline, low acceptance — you're quoting plenty but losing; revisit pricing or qualification.
  • High acceptance, low pipeline — you win what you quote; quote more.
  • Rising days-to-accept — decisions are dragging; consider tighter Valid Until dates and earlier follow-up.

The statuses feeding these numbers update in real time as clients view, accept, and decline.
