Invoice templates
Your invoice template controls how invoices look everywhere a client sees them: the emailed invoice, the downloadable PDF, and the client portal. Pick one in Settings → Invoice Templates (also in your user menu).
The designs
Ten templates, from classic to bold: Classic Navy, Modern Clean, Professional Navy, Gradient Coral, Gradient Azure, Minimal Violet, Creative Purple, Elegant Gold, Bold Emerald, and Minimal Mono.
Each card shows a live preview with sample data, so you can see exactly how your invoices will look before committing. Click Use this template and it applies immediately — no save button needed.
Square logo vs. header logo
Every template is labeled with the logo it displays:
- Header logo templates show your wide logo across the top
- Square logo templates use your compact square mark
Upload both in Settings and any template will look right.
Plan availability
Templates unlock progressively by plan, in the order shown on the page:

Status stamps
Whatever template you use, invoices carry a diagonal status stamp when relevant — PAID, PARTIAL, OVERDUE — on the PDF and in the portal, so there's never confusion about where things stand.
